No pain....NO GAIN!!!!!

As of today I am finally realizing one of my dreams...I am learning to play the GUITAR! YAY!!! I have always wanted to learn and my roommate has a guitar and the great book to learn how! I got to page 12 in the book today and had to stop cause my fingers have lost ALL of their calouses from my former violin playing days. Its pretty painful at the moment but I know that if I just stick with it they will be fine in a couple weeks :) I can't wait to actually be able to play instead of picking at a few notes at a time. I just gotta stick with it instead of giving up. We'll see how it goes!
