Wow, has today been amazing! It has just been one good thing after another. Church was incredible and I am so glad that I got to go...the talks given were exactly what I needed to hear and the spirit was incredible! After church, Jocelyn, Steve and I went on a picnic/drive up Provo canyon and to camp! I could resist going to rest of the way to Oakcrest and to show off my favorite place! Man do I miss it! Being so close made me realize what I have let go in my life and what I need to work on regaining. When we got back to Orem it was time for a nap for sure! And it was a well deserved one! We hung out, watched a little TV, I made cinnamon rolls today (first time in a month), helped Erin Moffat with a tiny bit of anatomy, and enjoyed the Sunday surrounded by some of the best people I know! I also talked to a good friend on facebook for a bit and it was an incredible conversation...both of us opened up in a way we never have to each other and it was exactly what I needed to hear from them! Its amazing that there is always someone there when you need a shoulder. I'm so in love with the Gospel today! The feeling is incredible and I hope that I can make it last all week. I have missed feeling like this for sure! Tonight as I was getting ready to sit down and study my scriptures, I noticed my March Ensign sitting on my bedside table, still unopened and I decided to crack that sucker open and see what I could find in it. WOW. The First Presidency message basically rocked! It is titled "Come Unto Him in Prayer and Faith." Man, I love President Monson! Everything in the article totally reiterated what the talks in Sacrament were about; Prayer, faith, and personal revelation. I was crying like a baby by the end of the article and the Spirit was so strong! I am so grateful for this Gospel in my life. Without it I would be a lost soul for sure! Thank you to all who influence my life! I look up to each and every one of you more than you will know! I have incredible friends that do so much for me! To all of you out there....THANK YOU!!! Life is beautiful and amazing! As a good friend of mine would say... "Dude, the Gospel totally rocks!"
